しまいそうになった。
そのため、TOEFL勉強するための時間にしわ寄せが…。
明後日試験というのに、殆ど勉強できなかったなぁ。
そのため、ちょっと予定の達成率は50～60％くらいなもん。
ちょっとバックワードプランニングでガッツリターゲットを
設定してやらないと。その方が効率的だよね、思えば。
性格からして、一つのことに集中するとすごい力を発揮して
成果を挙げるんだけど、それによって失うものがある。
いまのようにバランス良くやるっていうのがイマイチ得意じゃ
なくって、なんとなく、逆手でやっているようなもの。
利手である、一つのことにコミットするってことになると、
目的というか、成果が最重要になってしまって、その最中は
なにかを犠牲にしてしまう、というか。それが恐いんだよなぁ。
さておき、結構MBAのアドミッションの動きが本格化してる。
この間もMBAセミナーみたいなので、様々な海外大学院の
卒業生が集まって、ブース創って説明してた。
アドミッションが来日する予定もばしばし決まってきているし、
なんか本格化してるんだなぁと実感。
調べた限りでは、Kellog、Stanford、Yaleは7月末以降に
Information Sessionやるみたい。
今日の嬉しかったこと
- フルデザインのウェディングドレスのトワールチェックが完了、すばらしい出来映え!!
- 関心のあるMBAスクールのInformation Sessionに登録が進んでる。
- 服飾のプロセスの一部を目の当たりにできたこと、簡単なことかも知れないけどすごい興奮w
As I did not check my schedule today, I almost inadvertently skipped one important mtg. It was close. Because of this, I had to change my schedule and give up taking time for TOEFL today. OMG, I do not have enough time for it though I have to take the exam on 21st... Anyway, as such, I only followed 50% of my initial schedule and am feeling the necessity for backward planning, though I do not like to do this. As I am always making a bit too rigorous plan, I must exert myself until I am totally exhausted. As a result, I have to eliminate almost everything unnecessary for the goal. I am really afraid of it and know that I must improve how to plan. Then, this time, I will try. A new objective for me. By the way, it seems that activities of mba admissions are accelerating at the moment. I attended some mba seminars held in Tokyo and met a lot of alumni of various kinds of mbas. Now I feel that i am in the middle of the process. As far as I know, there are 3 information sessions held by Kellg, Stanford and Yale. I am really looking forward to attending them, for in each of the schools, there are some professors I am interested in!!
